I bouldered today. outside.

it was sunny and warm.

we had a "warning" storm letting us know we're alive...vulnerable.

worked hard on the rock. looked good (form-wise) doing it.
amen.
had a really good cup of soup and some caffeinated kid time. another good weekend in the bag.

I do try and get my kids on the rocks
we head out to the Billy Goat Trail and scramble
in Rock Creek and the rest of the city they do Parkour
and
we even stop by carderock for some bouldering
they are three and six
but... kids are natural climbers

other than a natural eater
